Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping for all products ordered through our website if the customer’s delivery location falls under a serviceable city or town and the specified pin code.

Manufacturing and Transit Time

• Manufacturing Time: The lead time for manufacturing a product is 2-3 weeks.
• Transit Time: Shipping through DHL EXPRESS typically takes 8-10 days.

Domestic Shipping

• Dispatch Time: For items in stock, domestic shipments will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-6 business days.

International Shipping

• Dispatch Time: International shipments will be dispatched within 15 business days.
• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 15 business days.

Order Shipment Timeline
We strive to ship each item in your order within 2 to 4 working weeks from the date of order placement. In some cases, it may take longer, up to 5 working weeks, as we may need to arrange dispatch from our factory.

If we are unable to ship any order completely within 30 working days, the remaining unshipped portion will be canceled. Customers will be informed via email, and payments for the unshipped portion will be refunded in the same mode as the original payment.

Single Destination Address
Each order can be shipped to only one destination address specified at the time of payment. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Export Shipments

• Shipping Costs: Export shipments are shipped free of charge.
